As a key component of a company-wide energy conservation initiative, a large real estate company with hundreds of buildings totaling tens of millions of square feet successfully installed Genea’s Energy Management Systems and Building Optimization Platform throughout its portfolio of industrial and office properties.

DESCRIPTION

Genea consolidated and optimized the company’s entire energy management network for the majority of buildings within its portfolio. The project scope included portfolio surveys and building assessments, system design, engineering, installation of full zone control and global EMS network integration, and Building Optimization Platform, including full control, monitoring and billing for the entire corporate portfolio with ―on-demand Saturday usage.
