How Genea’s Building Optimization Platform works: |
- Communicates with the building at a physical level by “overlaying” onto the building’s existing Energy Management System and hardware
- Automates many of the complicated and manual building control management processes used by building owners, property managers, accountants, building engineers and tenants
- Integrates into the building owner’s and property manager’s accounting or ERP system, providing valuable analytics, including billing and performance information
- Provides an on-demand capability for tenants via a Web browser, phone, or PDA, allowing them to request, schedule, and manage their own energy-related building services.
