We at Genea (“we”, “Genea” or “us”) know that you are concerned about the privacy and security of your personal information. Please be advised that we do not collect personal information if it isn't needed. In the event that Genea may eventually provide the ability to purchase products or services through our website, certain personal information must then be collected. Where this is the case, we will take all steps necessary to protect that information. Genea does not sell your personal information to any organization, for any purpose.

Who is Genea and what are our WEB Properties?
Genea is a professional energy management firm and solution provider in the commercial and public sector markets. We currently serve the North American market with intentions of expanding into international markets with products and services for energy conservation and revenue generation for commercial multi-tenant property owners. We operate three websites to market our products and/or services: GeneaEnergy.com, aascontrols.com and acscontrols.com. We refer to these sites as our “WEB Properties.” This Privacy Statement applies to all of the products and services on our WEB Properties.
When is your Personal Information Collected?
In the event that you apply for membership to our WEB Properties and/or place an order, we may request personal information about you including your credit card number, email address, shipping address, billing address and telephone number. This will allow us to process your order correctly.
By accessing our WEB Properties, our Internet servers automatically record information your Internet browser sends when you visit a website. WEB Properties is not controlled by our WEB Properties.
Genea will track and review statistics on the traffic directed to our WEB

Genea may share statistics about the performance of our WEB Properties with
other reputable organizations. These include statistics such as the total
number of website users. Your personal information cannot be identified from
these statistics.

Does Genea use "Cookies"?
Your web browser places small files, commonly referred to as “cookies,” on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies on our WEB Properties to remember any personal information about you.
