Provides constant monitoring of a building's electric load for the highest 15-minute period and then reduces the consumption to minimize the ratcheting effect of peak charges charged by utility companies.
Left-On Protection: Systematic scanning of the building each day after normal lease hours to ensure that no HVAC equipment is accidentally running that should not be.
