He joined Genea in 2006 and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s building automation services business including timely and accurate estimating, supervision of design engineering, technicians and project managers, contract and specification review and understanding, labor management, scheduling and planning, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Before Genea, Shane served Siemens as a construction manager, where he led the UCLA engineering, technician and project management team. Preceding his UCLA work, Shane worked in Siemens’ commercial office vertical market where he designed, programmed and project-managed hundreds of energy management installations in new and existing Class-A high-rise buildings throughout Southern California. Shane's experience also includes tenures as a building engineer in a 36-story, high-rise Class-A building and service technician for an HVAC contractor.
